Shippings and Returns
All orders are processed and shipped from New York, USA.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (United States): 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
OPHSIDES is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs authority.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ophsides.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@ophsides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
